Planned Giving and Wilson

Many alumnae and friends have made Wilson College one of their priorities in their philanthropy and estate planning. By doing so, they have been able to provide generous gifts to Wilson both during their lifetimes and after their passing. Planned gifts such as these increase the financial strength of the College, providing generations of women the strong liberal arts education that enables them to make their mark in the world.

There are many ways to support Wilson through planned giving - an individual can make a significant gift to Wilson, while providing income for themselves and their families for life, one can make a gift through tax savings, or through a charitable gift annuity or trust. Knowledge of the many tools available enable you to make significant gifts during your lifetime, and through your estate.

The links on this page provide examples of the more common types of planned gifts, and information on how you can utilize such tools as well. This information is meant as a guide, and you should always consult your attorney or tax advisor on how such plans may directly impact your estate planning or tax situation.
